Familiar Faces

I've really enjoyed seeing El Toro & Bob around town (although I didn't know their names) and often wondered about the grafiti artist(s) responsible for them.

I have to wonder no more, because the Familiar Faces exhibit will open on Friday, August 4th at the Freejade gallery.

I've lived in Philly for 7.5 years now and haven't been to a single First Friday (that I can remember), but I just might make an effort to go to this one, if for nothing else than the limited edition stickers & t-shirts: I'd love to have either a Bob or El Toro t-shirt.

Maybe these "artists" can make enough money to repay the city/federal governments for cleaningup their mess.

Thanks for the heads up, Amy. Very cool stuff. I'll be linking you on Phillyist. :)

Also, anthony: you are a loser.
